Do I need heavy tools or professional help to assemble the fence?
No tools required! We believe in stress-free setups. Our modular panels feature an intuitive tool-free assembly system. You can effortlessly snap the panels together and secure the lock connectors by hand within 5 to 10 minutes. A clear step-by-step manual is included in every order.
What materials do you use, and how do I clean the clear panels?
We use premium, commercial-grade acrylic and eco-friendly, food-grade, non-toxic plastics for our clear series, alongside artisan wood and powder-coated metal. To keep your clear panels looking pristine, simply wipe them down with a soft microfiber cloth and mild soap or water. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads to prevent scratches.
Is the plastic/acrylic fence safe for puppies that are teething and love to chew?
Absolutely. Safety is our ultimate priority. All of our plastic and acrylic components are 100% BPA-free, lead-free, and non-toxic. The edges are precision laser-cut and hand-polished to ensure they are perfectly smooth, making them completely safe for curious puppies exploring with their mouths.
Can you remove scratches from acrylic?
You can try using a commercial acrylic cleaner like QUIXX Acrylic Scratch Remover or Novus 7100 Plastic Polish Kit.. They can remove scratches from acrylic but are not guaranteed to work; it is dependent on the depth of the scratch etc. The kits offer formulas to remove both light and medium scratches but are not always successful.
Can I purchase two separate sets and combine them into one extra-large playpen?
Yes! Universal compatibility is a core feature of the Ubenn modular design. All panels within the same collection share the exact same interlocking connection system. You can easily combine two or more sets to build an extra-large luxury pet playground, or even create a dual-room divider tailored to your home’s layout.
Does acrylic yellow over time?
No, Acrylic will not yellow in the sun. It is derived from natural gas and so will not discolor. Acrylic is one of the few plastics which is not affected by UV light. This makes it ideal for pet crates, gates, feeders etc that are placed in direct sunlight or used outside.
